Every week Joe’s Meat Market brines and wood smokes fresh meat for its customers. None of our products – bacon, ham, kielbasa, pate, deli, stuffed cabbage – contain any preservatives. Just like the purveyors throughout Poland’s neighborhoods and villages we want our customers to enjoy fresh, authentically made food.
